2. We Chat About the Vision

We’ll talk details: the vibe, the pose, the people, and any must-have elements. You don’t need to know all the answers — I’ll guide you.

3. I Paint Live at Your Event

I’ll arrive early to set up my 24” digital painting display using award-winning Rebelle software. Guests get to watch the artwork evolve in real time — it’s not just art, it’s part of the entertainment.

Every brushstroke is captured using Rebelle’s built-in time-lapse feature, which records the entire painting process from start to finish. You’ll receive a beautifully edited video showing your moment coming to life.

4. The Final Touches 

After your event, I take the live painting back to the studio to refine details, polish it up, and enhancing it with hand-applied acrylic brushstrokes for added texture and depth. Once complete, it’s sealed with a UV-protective gloss varnish to preserve its brilliance and ensure  it’s frame-worthy

5. You Receive Your Artwork

Once it’s complete, I’ll send a high-res image + deliver your canvas in floating frame. It’s your moment — turned into art you’ll keep forever.

1.How long do you paint at the event?

Typically 4–5 hours. I stay through the core parts of the event to capture the energy and key details. Then I finish the piece in my studio.

2. Is it really painted live?

Yes! I paint in real time at the event using a digital canvas display plus photo reference. It’s like a live performance — guests love stopping by to watch it unfold.

3. What’s included in the price?

7. What Does the Setup Look Like?
Modern gear, traditional feel. My live painting setup is designed to blend into your event clean, minimal, and guest-friendly.

Here’s what I bring:

• A Huion 24” digital pen display (think a high-end screen that I paint directly on — like a digital canvas)

• A lightweight standing desk with monitor arm 

• A monitor for guest viewing (so they can see the painting come to life in real-time — optional but always a hit)

• Cables + power strip (I’ll need access to one power outlet nearby)

• A small artist table for accessories + signage

• Optional signage or easel print explaining what I’m doing (adds a nice touch for curious guests)

• Setup time: I arrive ~1.5 to 2 hours early to get everything ready

• Footprint: About a 10 x 10 ft space is ideal. 

• Electricity: Required (standard outlet is perfect)

• Outdoor events: Must have shelter from direct sun or rain (tent, overhang, etc.)

I keep the setup sleek so it fits in with your decor — not something clunky or distracting.
